Information to Consumer (ITC) Netherlands is a communication platform to facilitate brand/product awareness and purchase through direct verbal interaction performed by high quality personnel known as agents. With the consumers permission, the agents ask a number of generic questions which are recorded in the app. The agents also have the ability to provide product information to the consumers if they so wish. It supports, enhances and integrates the ITC communication process.
